Design and build secure end-to-end data architectures and IT/HR system integrations that are scalable, reliable and optimized for performance
Develop state-of-the-art data pipelines and streamline data transfer across various systems and databases, while ensuring pipelines are reliable, efficient, testable, and maintainable (CI/CD)
Develop and maintain data models and schema designs that support business needs
Create and develop solutions to monitor the health of data workflows and optimize performance and stability
Support in the strategic modernization of the BW landscape and all its end points (SAP BW/4HANA, SQL, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau)
Taking data-driven solutions that contribute to the improvement of business performance and success of our KPIs.
Write system documentation, procedures and product descriptions

Qualifikationen
Ability to successfully communicate and collaborate with colleagues and business subject matter experts, ability to conduct analyses and effectively communicate results
CI/CD skills, preferably with Jenkins for automation and Ansible, Docker for software/tools deployment
Very good English skills

Erfahrung
Relevant professional experience in a similar position
Experience with SQL and Python required
AWS working experience oriented to SAP landscape
Integration experience between HR system (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) and 3^rd party systems, preferably with SAP Integration Suite (or other similar cutting-edge solutions) would be an advantage

Ausbildung
Technical education (HTL, University) or comparable certification
High degree of knowledge of best practices in data warehousing and modeling (preferably BW)
