Your territoryAs a connection between our teams, you will:Define new and innovative products and cross-cutting features to help dogs, cats, and pet parents worldwide
Research, define concepts, document product requirements, provide written business requirements and user stories as needed, expected impact, risk, business-value assessment, etc.
Manage initiatives on a company level and break them down into work packages oriented toward team development
Prioritize backlog items according to their user and business values in collaboration with engineering team members. Provide support throughout the development of these backlogged items
Monitor the performance of our products and correlate that with desired business and user outcomes
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for improvement of our products and services
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Erfahrung
Key requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of product ownership / product management experience
Technical education and proven experience in driving software development projects
Experience with and solid knowledge of digital products
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
Very good English skills
A passion for the latest in (pet) tech
Prior experience in software development a strong plus
Valid Austrian work permit
