Java Fullstack Developer (f/m/x)

Our team develops and manages the online solutions (web portals, online marketing sites, etc.) of Raiffeisen Capital Management, the leading fund company in Austria and fund competence center of the Raiffeisen Bank International Group.

We aim to deliver the "Best in Class Online Experience" using innovative cloud technology. With the successful launch of several cloud-native portals, the team has created a solid foundation. We want to build on this success and implement new solutions for all customer groups with end-to-end responsibility.

Your mission

Development of new cloud-native web solutions and customer portals
Continuous improvement of existing software products and adaption to new requirements/standards
Quality assurance measures such as software tests and code reviews
Active participation in the development process of the agile team
Proactively challenge and encourage team members to achieve the common vision
Developing a pioneering role in technology - for us, this also includes the integration of AI into our products

Your core competencies

Completed IT education (HTL, technical college, university) or several years of professional experience in the field of software engineering
Sound knowledge of programming languages/frameworks: Java (Spring Boot), JavaScript (REACT)
Practical experience with web services (Rest API) and databases (PostgreSQL)
Knowledge of relevant development tools and CI/CD pipelines (JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Maven)
Good command of English

Nice to have

Hands on experience with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
Experience with microservices and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
German language skills
