Monkee, a fintech startup based in Innsbruck, is actively seeking a (Senior) Backend Software Engineer to join us in redefining consumer savings through our „Save Now Buy Later“ approach.
Your Mission:
As a Backend Software Engineer at Monkee, your primary responsibility is to integrate a new banking provider into our platform, elevating our product offering to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
What You’ll Tackle:
Drive the design and implementation of our backend services.
Boost speed and reliability to gear up for the next phase of growth.
Play a pivotal role in shaping the engineering roadmap.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions.
Your Profile:
A pragmatic team player with a focus on creating social impact through technology.
Solid coding skills and a penchant for crafting structured, testable code.
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in developing backend solutions, particularly in Node.js and Typescript.
Bonus: Previous experience in the financial services sector.
