Your Responsibilities

Meister is growing and you are at the heart of it! Our newly established Growth Team is looking for a motivated Automation Engineer to level up our testing practices. As the newest member of this cross-functional team, you’ll be testing both web and mobile applications, gaining a holistic overview of the Meister portfolio.
With your rich experience in quality assurance, you’ll be an impactful driver towards our efforts in establishing an automated environment and building the right stack to realize it. You’ll co-own our testing strategy, refine the Growth roadmap and make sure that our products offer the experience our users know and love. Got what it takes? Apply now!

What Makes You Special

5 years of experience. You bring extensive experience in test automation, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Automation framework expertise. You have extensive knowledge and expertise in automation frameworks and tools such as Testrail, Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Cypress,Appium,etc.
Coding proficiency. You are familiar with at least one programming language, preferably Ruby, JavaScript, or Python.
Experience in cross-functional teams. You have experience in cross-functional product teams building SaaS products for different platforms (web, native Android, and iOS mobile apps).
SDLC knowledge. You have a solid understanding of the SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
CI/CD pro. You know your way around continuous integration and deployment concepts from Gut providers to API testing. Having worked with a performance testing tool (e.g. JMeter) is very welcome!
Team spirit. Your outstanding skills in organization and communication don’t just fit Meister: they make us better.
