Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and driven Process Automation Specialist to join our Digitalization and Operational Excellence team as we set up a Digital Center of Excellence. Your responsibilities will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency and expediting our digital transformation efforts through the utilization of hyper-automation tools, including RPA and low/no-code workflow automation.

Define strategies and frameworks for hyper-automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Identify and analyze business processes suitable for hyper-automation by working closely with stakeholders and leveraging tools such as RPA, MS Power Automate, Appian, and Bizagi
Align with digitalization architect to design and implement end-to-end hyper-automated solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows
Research and evaluate emerging technologies in process automation and make recommendations for tools and platforms that align with our digitalization strategy
Monitor and assess the performance of automated processes, making iterative improvements as needed
Provide training and support to enhance the understanding of hyper-automation technologies and process automation

Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in designing, enabling, and implementing hyper-automated solutions
In-depth knowledge of hyper-automation tools, such as RPA, and low/no-code platforms, such as Appian, Bizagi or MS Power automate
Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards
Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
