Doxee S.p.A. is a high-tech company specialized in Customer Communication Management, Digital Customer Experiece and dematerialization.

We are looking for a Senior Production Consultant who will interact with clients in DACH for the implementation of our products.
The Senior Production Consultant will be hired by Doxee Gmhb a company of our group which is based in Vienna and Germany and is a pioneer in the field of document composition and customer communication management.
DESCRIPTION
Due to our long-term and sustainable growth, we are currently looking for curious and committed Production Consultant who will support our growth strategy.
Our standard software product is based on the latest technologies and is currently setting the standards on the market in the fast-growing area of document composition, customer communication and digital customer experience.

You will be working on

As part of our Infinica Professional Services team you will be responsible for:

Implementation of projects in the areas of customer communication / document composition / output management;
Analysis of customer requirements in the area of automated document creation;
Development of concepts and their implementation;
Project work on site with our customers;
Implementation of templates and processes using Doxee tools;
Communication with customers and remote support for customer inquiries.

MORE ABOUT YOU

· You have solid technical training (e.g. university degree in computer science, etc.);· You have at least 5 years of of professional experience in the technical environment of corporate applications;· You have experience with various software solutions and IT architectures;· You have very good knowledge of XML and web technologies (HTML, XML, XSLT, XSL-FO, XPath);· You have knowledge of other technologies (JavaScript, web services, databases);· Nice to have knowledge of OMS and document composition systems;· Nice to have experience with web servers/containers, ideally Tomcat· You speak fluent English;· You are willing to travel and ability to drive the sales process, including on business trips;· If you have experience in SaaS solutions and solutions in the personalized communications field is an advantage.
