For our Business Solutions Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a

CRM Application Manager and Lead, 80 - 100 % (f/m/x)
What's it all about?

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the maintenance and further development of our CRM system
You have a key role as a system administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and work closely with our business departments and external partners
You coordinate business requirements and are a member of various steering committees
You know our business processes, develop effective solutions in the team, and help with troubleshooting
You are responsible for system configuration (all administrative tasks, user management, workflows, and integration of ISV solutions)
You participate in the release and change management processes for MS Dynamics 365 (CRM)

What are we looking for?

You like to work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner, and have experience in project management
Ideally, you have very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), MS Power Automate, and MS Power Apps
Knowledge of C#, Java Script, and the use of the XRM toolbox is a plus
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or have successfully completed a relevant training in the IT field
You are used to communicate in German and English
