Join our global IT team as an Analytics Platform Architect and be responsible for designing and shaping solutions in the data analytics and data engineering area. Your responsibilities will span across team sports, media, and various ambitious subsidiaries of Red Bull. This crucial role involves providing technical consultancy, delivering selected services in data analytics, AI, and low/no code platforms, and actively managing IT projects. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the IT business process architecture for our subsidiaries, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals/objectives and our IT strategy. Job Description
DATA ENGINEERING
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of data engineering solutions, including data warehousing, ETL processes, real-time data streaming, BI and big data technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging data engineering trends and technologies, contributing to the development of standards, and strategies. Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues, optimizing data flows, and ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to understand data needs, define technical requirements, and translate complex data concepts into actionable plans.

IT BUSINESS PROCESS ARCHITECTURE
Create IT business process architecture to reflect the organization’s strategies and goals to bridge the gap between business strategies and the IT application landscape. Understand business objectives and review incoming demands to our team, prioritize them accordingly, and drive them to a proper decision. Support and consult organizations to define clear requirements and scopes. Evaluate and select appropriate applications, technologies and trends. Identify stakeholders and ensure communication and alignment in accordance with their roles. Plan, prepare for and facilitate business updates or steering committee meetings. Support team manager in various management tasks.

PLATFORM/SERVICE OWNERSHIP
Act as the Platform/Service Owner for assigned Data Analytics, AI, and Low/No Code applications, leading the strategic direction and operational management of these IT services. Lead the development of governance frameworks and best practices for the use of the platform, ensuring that data handling complies with regulatory requirements, data privacy and ethical standards.

IT PROJECT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Lead and support IT projects and programs according to the IT project management methodology. Manage budgets, timelines, and efforts efficiently, ensuring cost-effective delivery of project components. Ensure a proper contract management & lead/support sourcing processes and negotiations. Manage relationships with vendors, oversee service level agreements and contract lifecycles to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
Higher education in Information Systems, Data Engineering or equivalent work experience with a strong focus on Data Analytics, AI, LLM and Low/No Code platforms Very good knowledge of German and English 5 years of IT software/application experience Familiar with data science and data lake platforms on modern hyperscalers like Azure, AWS or GCP Expertise in software design, application architecture, data engineering, and business analysis Proficient to advanced skills in SQL, Python, JavaScript, ideally R Proven track record in successful Project & Service Management
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
