In your new role you will:

Deploy, administrate and support big data solutions
Consult users on how to use/implement their bigdata deployments
Investigate and pilot new database platforms (e.g. Cassandra)
Application of the DevOps Lifecycle
In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or similar
3+ years of experience in the required field
Knowledge with container technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes or Docker), knowledge on Casandra (containerized) is an advantage
Know-How with Linux, python, shell scripts
The ability to learn and evaluate technologies
Experience in automation as well as AI/ML
Fluent English language skills
This position is subject to the EEI Workers' and Employees' Collective Agreement, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The agreed monthly salary is paid 14 x p.a.. Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and suitability. Infineon also offers additional attractive social benefits.
