In your new role you will:

Lead and support small to medium-size Software projects in the field of collaboration solutions
Be an expert for Infineon’s collaboration environment based on SharePoint Team Sites
Consult your internal customers (e.g. Key Users) on how to optimize their collaboration with suitable IT solutions
Be the application owner for (web-based) applications in the area of internal communications and collaboration
Transform user requirements into functional designs
Participate in software development activities together with our development partners
Coordinate the test management
During an individual training phase , we will prepare you for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal developmen t we want to ensure your success in this position.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Informatics , Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar field
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT , ideally in international organizations
Knowledge in Web Development and up-to-date UI Technology (e.g. HTLM5,React)
Knowledge of container based development technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes) (as an advantage)
Understanding of programming languages (e.g. C# or Java)
Very good English communication skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
