As the application owner, you will be responsible for a portfolio of different productivity applications running on our managed Windows clients:

In your new role you will:

Ensure that the application is up-to-date and trouble-free operation for the End-User
Order the packaging , test the functionality and release the software , while you document decisions and information
Assist the communication departments during rollout campaigns and foster the relationship with the IT Service Desk
Support the 2nd level engineers as a 3rd level specialist with the troubleshooting of your application globally and you will get in contact with the vendor if necessary
During an individual training phase , we will prepare you for your new role. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development we want to ensure your success in this position.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly .

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A degree (Bachelor) in business informatics or related fields, or finished a HTL for informatics/media technologies with some years of experience
Knowledge with Windows Clients (Registry, Profiles etc.)
Good Knowledge of software distribution and installation methods (SCCM, Group Policies)
Experience in packaging software
Basic knowledge of IT systems and processes
Fluent communication skills in English , German as an advantage
We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners. A valid Austrian work permit is a prerequisite. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F-G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
