You will be a key player in the company’s mobile landscape and take responsibility to coordinate and manage all our mobile applications on Apple systems. Your primary duty is to maintain and develop our flagship fully digital telecommunication service “Up3”. But you will also be responsible to establish department-wide standards for coding, quality assurance, and architecture.

Your mission is to promote a strategic approach to future proof development, enhance our customer experience and enable hundreds of thousands of users to enjoy state of the art mobile experiences within the universe of Drei.

Aufgaben:

Plan, analyze, and estimate user stories and initiatives
Support stakeholders with technical know-how
Implement features as requested
Review your peer’s code and coach other iOS developers
Collaborate closely with architects and backend engineers to develop the platform’s APIs
Take responsibility for our App Store presence and coordinate with stakeholders
Work closely with our operations team to monitor and improve our applications in production

Anforderungsprofil:

At least 5 years of engineering experience with native iOS applications
Proficiency with Swift, XCode and further state of the art tooling
Proven track record of delivering applications to a broad audience
A strong commitment to take responsibility and set high standards of quality
Passionate for developing mobile experiences and always up to date with trends
Excellent communication skills with both, fellow developers and stakeholders
Knowledge of alternative mobile development frameworks, e.g. React Native, is a plus
Professional experience with Apple devices other than the iPhone is a plus
Experience with Android development (Kotlin) is a plus

The position is located in Vienna, Austria (On-site, up to 60% home office possible). Remote options are only possible from other federal states of Austria or Slovakia.

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least € 44.828,- (40 hours/week). Experience shows that the actual salary is at least € 55.000,-.
