Your mission at RBI

Design and Develop: Lead the creation and maintenance of web applications using Kotlin, Spring, and Angular.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to drive product advancement, team efficiency, and project velocity.
Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of learning by actively engaging in peer programming and serving as a mentor to colleagues.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to decipher business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
ETL Pipeline Creation: Engineer robust ETL pipelines from diverse data sources.
Stay Updated: Remain abreast of the latest trends and best practices in data integration and full stack development, integrating them into projects.

Your core competencies

Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Angular, REST, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD with 5+ years of experience.
Data Integration Proficiency: Understanding and experience in designing/implementing ETL pipelines or a strong willingness to learn.
Database Proficiency: Ability to work proficiently with Databases, Data Warehouse, and SQL.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Adaptability: Eagerness to explore and develop new technologies through Spikes and PoCs.
