What to do:

Software Development tasks by using specific SW development tools by following the SW Development standards/rules from within the company
Responsibility for timely delivery of software developments and/or business components in the business area of Liabilities, Guarantees, Letters of Credit and Collections - in line with raised requirements and the established internal roadmap from within specific Projects and/or day-to-day operational planned activities
Participation in the requirements analysis (including technical/IT architecture analysis) and estimations
Ensuring operational stability on the solutions, following the SLAs in place (maintenance and troubleshooting in existing programs)
Ensuring clear/transparent documentation by using specific tools (Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams) and transparent description of stories/tasks and associated releases by using JIRA and/or other agreed means
Working in an Agile environment and actively contribute to our Agile development, striving to constantly improve our way of working

You check these boxes:

Completed degree (computer science, software development, business informatics)
Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a SW Developer - in the IT / Financial Services field (preferably in an Agile environment) would be an advantage
Good programming skills in Natural / Adabas under Customer Information Control System(CICS) are necessary
Experience with NaturalONE as programming environment would be an advantage
Should be comfortable with the IBM mainframe (z/OS) and have knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL)
Be able to do program analysis and be familiar with databases/modeling
Java knowledge required for our decentralized components
Knowledge on the Business Area of Liabilities, Guarantees, Letters of Credit and Collections (including experience with SWIFT Messages standards) - would be an advantage
Experience with Agile delivery methods by using Epics, User Stories and Use Cases including using specific tools like Jira and Confluence
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
