In your new role you will:

Manage complex product development projects in the field of power management, controllers and drivers for a wide range of consumer applications
Lead large cross functional and multicultural project teams from various locations, creating the energy and passion to reach ambitious project targets
Liaison with internal and external partners , and key stakeholders from R&D, Business, and Operations in an international environment
Take full project manager responsibility for all project targets and plans (milestones, resources, risks, budget, costs)
Drive to timely project decisions, ensure the progress, and lead through crisis
Handle the project in a fast and market driven environment with a clear focus on the business objectives, and support customer interactions
Own the project results , deliverables and success

With your technical capabilities and entrepreneurial mindset, you are eager to contribute to Infineon’s success with positioning new products to target markets. You keep your project under control in dynamic circumstances, while keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are solution oriented, carefully balance risks and opportunities, and drive the projects forward in cooperative manner.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or similar fields
More than 6 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronic industry , in a product development environment
More than 4 years’ experience managing projects , with leading cross-functional project teams in an international environment
Ability to drive challenging problems to a solution , and to solve crisis’ in an open, cooperative, and proactive way
Ability to build long lasting relationships , with strong communication skills across regions, cultures, and hierarchies
A Project Management certification (IPMA)
Excellent English skills, German skills is a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
