We at #CosMicIT GmbH are urgently looking for #Senior Requirement Engineer

Place of Work: Remote / Vienna; onsite 1-2 days a week or 3-4 days each
2 weeks (2 week Sprints)
Scope of Work: 5 Days a Week „Full Time“
Start: mid of 12/2023 End: 12/2024 (may be extended)

Position Summary:
To support our Product Owner and agile feature teams, we are looking for
a Senior Requirement Engineer who can breakdown diverse complex and
volatile business challenges into meaningful pieces, which can be built
by the team in an agile way (writing user stories, align, refine and
support the team) during the absence of a collegue to maternity leave

Tasks:

Be a value-adding enabler for our agile team by creating meaningful
documentation in strong alignment with stakeholders

Be a multiplier for the Product Owner, support in decision- making and
work jointly on the big picture

Requirements engineering and business analysis in adaptive/agile
organization

Facilitate backlog refinements

Provide inputs for user experience in order to bring high value and
usability products

Support system integration and user acceptance tests
Requirements:

Broad knowledge of requirements engineering methods with technical
background (practical application of notation languages for process
modeling such as UML 2, BPMN 2.0)

Hands-on experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria

Technical background in usage of API and Event Driven Architecture
(Work with APIs and Events like Apache Pulsar)

practical points of contact with technologies like Golang, Angular,
Neo4j Graph Database, OpenShift, Apache Pulsar

Experience in working in an agile environment

Work experience in driving end-to-end Business Analyses or User
Experience Design in a large/ corporate environment

Experience in the digital area, preferably in the finance industry

Knowledge of Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) processes (in a
corporate environment) is a plus
