The Digital Product Line has a clear mission: to complement PALFINGER's world-class lifting solutions with new, innovative digital products and services with viable data-driven business models. Based on an in-depth understanding of customers’ needs the Digital Product Line will take responsibility for the entire digital product life cycle.
We are searching for a Virtual Reality Developer to provide immersive experiences for our customers. From supporting the sales process via virtual experiences to the creation of operator training scenarios in virtual reality for a wide range of PALFINGER solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop 3D/virtual reality solutions with state-of-the-art technology using Unreal Engine
Interact with product management and stakeholders to understand requirements
Apply agile approach in the development process
Incorporate new technology advancements into new and existing solutions
Orchestrate and steer external development partners and ensure correct implementation and delivery of quality
Collaborate with 3D content creation to optimize visualization for presentation and performance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Good knowledge and experience with Unreal 3D/VR engines
Good knowledge and experience with Unity as an advantage - we are using Unreal, so willingness to learn is essential
Good knowledge and experience with creating 3D assets
Knowledge with programming languages (e.g. C++, C#, javascript/typescript, …) as an advantage
Knowledge of agile process models (SCRUM) as an advantage
High level of independence and good self-organization
Quality awareness, and team player mentality
Fluent in English
