As a Embedded Software Developer on the Firmware Development team, you will make a positive impact by:

Developing Firmware for IoT microcontrollers with embedded wireless transceivers based on ARM Cortex M3/M4 and 8051 processor cores.
including FW architectural design, coding in C, verification, testing, review and optimization.
Maintaining and improving FW of released products, supporting production department in case of unexpected problems.
From time to time: code optimization for size, performance and energy, support during production ramp-up of new products.

Qualifications
Qualifications we’re looking for.
Experience:

2-3 years in Embedded Software Development or a similar position

Skills:

Very good knowledge of C required
Knowledge of C++ and/or C# or JAVA as well as scripting languages an advantage
Strong interest in electronics development (circuit design, firmware development
PC-SW development, RC modelling) desired
Familiarity with ARM Cortex or 8051 architectures
Familiarity with C++, C#, Java or script languages is a plus
fluent english

Abilities:

A technical mindset with pro active, independent, systematic work approach and great attention to detail
Open, stress resistant
good in changing tasks often
Understand how to balance the practical and perfection
Good written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to continually learn and improve

Education:

University degree in software engineering, electronics or comparable

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3.910 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
