About the Job

We’re looking for an experienced Teamlead Frontend Engineering (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and develop its Engineering strategies.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on leading and mentoring a constantly growing international team and get the opportunity to contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: A German customer service platform focused on connecting companies with support experts located around the globe. The startup collaborates with more than 30,000 service professionals, enabling them to offer remote support to companies through its innovative digital platform.

In this role, you’ll:

Lead an international team of frontend developers working in interdisciplinary product teams
Be responsible, together with your team and the frontend architects, for; software design, programming, code reviews, deployment and maintenance of the platform
Provide new impetus for the functional and technical expansion of existing web applications, and thus support the ongoing development of the tech department
Make a self-developed Work@home platform a little better every day: You take the leading role in the development of the front end and ensure that our portfolio company's platform remains sustainable
Have the opportunity to help shape the technical future of the platform yourself
Take on different roles depending on the situation: coach, motivator, sparring partner or tech lead
Your Profile

Several years of experience in Javascript/Typescript (with & without framework)
Expertise in contributing your own ideas and new technologies
Experience in technical/disciplinary leadership in an agile environment
Solution-oriented, responsible, pragmatic
Positive attitude, recognizing opportunities when faced with challenges
Team player with high quality standards
Open, clear communication in German and English, humour
Completed degree or comparable knowledge
Place of residence in Germany with on-site presence in Munich or Berlin (1-2x/month)
Please note that we are looking for support in the Munich/Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
