We look forward to your application as Project Lead (m/w/d) Quality Assurance for our newest product at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal Explorer GmbH in Erfurt.
Your Qualifications
Hands-on experience with strong quality awareness in software testing for Backend and Frontend
Demonstrated success in setting up smooth and customer oriented Quality Assurance processes balancing development speed and quality goals
Clear vision for managing and implementing transition from initial – mostly manual – testing to automated quality assurance on integrated environments
Fluent in English (C1 level) and good German skills (B1 level) are welcomed
ISTQB certification is ideal but not mandatory
"Courage to fill in the gaps" if not all of the above qualifications are met
Your Responsibilities
Extend and improve on and participate in current product management testing
Develop automation roadmap including tool selection
Implement quality assurance automation and continuously improve
Challenge the status quo, especially regarding processes and routines
Define need and assist recruitment of additional staff for Quality Assurance roles
Develop personally into a leadership or expert role on Quality Assurance
