What can you expect if you join us?

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and qualified leads.
Conduct ongoing keyword research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
Create and optimize high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Carry out thorough technical SEO audits of websites to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
Analyze data and use insights to optimize website conversion rates (CRO).
Conduct clear reporting to share with the team and derive recommendations/actions.
Partner with other teams (Product, Sales, Engineering) to ensure our websites and marketing efforts are aligned.
Manage our LinkedIn presence and leverage organic social media strategies to generate leads.
Keep up with the latest SEO trends and algorithms, and adjust to changes in the digital environment and technologies.
You are part of a scale-up

You will be a fit for our team if

You have at least 4 years of full-time experience in growing organic channels.
You have deep expertise in SEO and are familiar with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
You understand how to build authority, optimize content, and drive qualified traffic to our website.
You can identify and recommend solutions for technical SEO roadblocks impacting organic search performance.
You're a data guru who thrives using Google Analytics to identify trends, measure success, and optimize our marketing efforts.
You're all about turning website visitors into leads. A/B testing and experimentation are second nature to you.
You're comfortable navigating a CMS and understand best practices for content management.
Have a work permit for the EU and are located in Germany, Austria, Spain or Italy
Speak fluent English, German is a plus

You will impress us if

You have a proven track record in driving user acquisition and engagement specifically within the B2B/SaaS space.
You understand how to leverage automation tools and APIs to streamline workflows and improve growth engine efficiency.
You are familiar with HTML and JavaScript. Although it's not required for the core role, it can be beneficial.
While your core strength lies in SEO, experience with social media marketing, especially managing LinkedIn pages, is a big plus.
You have built successful referral marketing programs, turning happy customers into brand advocates to drive user growth.
