In this role you will manage customer support activities.

The main tasks are:

Responsible for digital key and Java Card customer support (applets, tool chain, digital key handling)
Provide technical consultancy and guidance to customers in regards to design-in of NXP solutions
Support technical design-in and lead customer projects
Prepare Application-Notes and technical support materials including technical product trainings
Develop close relationship with the worldwide technical support network

Your Profile:

Bachelor, Master or Phd Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telematics or similar
5+ years of working experience
Experience in customer support with focus on solutions
Experience in Java and C programming
Good to have experience or background in digital key handling schemes and basic cryptography (Public encryptions schemes RSA, ECC Private key encryption AES, DES, Hashing, MAC)
Experience with smartcard and secure element system solutions
Very good written and verbal English skills
Team player & Multi-culturally sensitive, Process and quality orientated
Works independent, takes initiative
Flexible to travel up to max 20%
