Test Automation Engineer (f/m/x)

In this position, your task is to develop a test automation framework for our products together with three colleagues. Our products are safety-critical systems in the field of railway signalling, ranging from an embedded system for controlling a single light signal to the entire railway signalling system. The aim of this position is to make the test processes faster, more efficient and even more reliable than before through automation.

Your CHALLENGE

Active development of test automation tools for various systems

Close collaboration with testers and developers in product development

Defining framework conditions, processes, specifications and documentation for the use of test automation

Supporting the product development teams in defining and implementing the test automation process

Your PROFILE

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni) in computer science, electrical engineering or similar.

At least 3 years of experience in test automation or software development

Very good knowledge of C++ and/or Java

Good knowledge of version control software, e.g. GIT, SVN

Experience with CI tools (e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab) and build tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle) an advantage

Very good English and good German skills

Communicative personality with a precise working style

The salary for this position starts at € 56.000 gross p.a. Actual compensation is based on experience and qualification.
