In your new role you will:

Define product requirements for all discrete products (CoolMOS™,CoolSiC™) in the context of automotive applications and align them across Infineon’s divisions - participating in the strategic positioning of the Power MOSFET HV product line for this application segment
Act as technical interface and support to our world-wide automotive customers and accompany them through their design phase
Define the needs for go-to-market promotion materials like evaluation boards, product positioning, application notes and simulation models
Contribute to technical documentation like data sheets, benchmarking, fighting guides, papers
Perform technical trainings to Infineon employees and customers
Represent Infineon at related external events
Collaborate with academic entities and conduct feasibility studiesfor the most advanced next generation devices

You have a passion for new technologies and a collaborative working style. Your strong communication skills and team player mindset support you in your work within interdisciplinary and multicultural teams. Thus, you are able to communicate openly and clearly not only with your own team, but also with a variety of internal and external stakehol

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A university degree in Power Electronics (preferably PhD)
Broad knowledge on power devices, drivers, controllers and sensors and their interaction
Solid knowledge (5+ years of experience) of SMPS architectures and topologies, particularly those in automotive context
The ability to convey information to public with deferring needs
Fluent English skills , German is a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
