Platform Product Manager - German speakerwith relevant work experience Vollzeit | Dienstort: WienWe are currently looking for a Platform Product Manager (f/m/d) to contribute and work on product roadmaps. To develop product requirements and acts as a representative for the product strategy and design with internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with the engineering teams, so that functionality is developed in line with requirements and with Project Managers to make sure that deliveries are on time. YOUR TASKSUnderstand the strategic direction and goals set by the business side of Alteatec Understand the platform features, compliance elements and operational tools that the platform needs to support Support the regular definition and update of the team's business objectives and key results (OKRs) Identify the business requirements for the product that aligns with the product strategy and incorporates the stakeholder input Align with customers during the engineering phase via regular updates and via intermediate deliveries and UATs Prepare all required stakeholder support material such as user manuals and training sessions Outline the product vision and long-term plans and work towards and support the product roadmap Provide a breakdown of the product into discrete deliverables that can be developed and presented to stakeholders for approval individually Monitor product performance KPIs following go-live and aim for continuous improvement Champion the product vision and high-level details with the engineering teams involved in the delivery Perform product-level UAT on delivered functionality before handing it over to the relevant stakeholders YOUR PROFILECompleted higher education in a technical or business-related study or equivalent working experience (Bachelor's or Master's degree) A minimum of +3 years of experience in a Product and/or Project management role, or similar Experience in communication and coordination between cross-functional teams Passion for technology and thorough understanding of front-end and back-end development Proven experience in the Casino Industry Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides Ability to focus on problem-solving in a dynamic/agile environment Excellent planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to logically measure risk against potential gain Excellent communication skills in English and in German.
