Your Responsibilities
Implement and manage automated testing of our backend systems.
Understand and manage the transition between different testing phases (Test automation/CI-Test/Integration).
Develop and maintain Java-based test automation software/test frameworks.
Create relevant test cases.
Collaborate in an agile project environment – SCRUM, KANBAN.
Work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
Your Skills
At least 5 years of experience in automated testing of backend systems (Java)
Proficient in programming languages: Java, JavaScript, SQL
Experience with frameworks/technologies: JUnit
Knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL
Familiarity with development tools: IntelliJ or Eclipse
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Kibana, Grafana, Jenkins, GIT, Postman/SoapUI, Cucumber & Gherkin would be advantageous
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level
Fluent in German and English.
