About the job
As our new ServiceNow Systems Engineer you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global ServiceNow platform. As part of our global IT Operations team, you will be in daily contact with a variety of users, handling their requests. You will be working alongside a team of engineers to deploy, manage, and monitor ServiceNow services, ensuring that the infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available. In addition, you will also participate in global projects and actively drive our cloud strategy.

In addition, your tasks will include:

Administration and configuration of our ServiceNow ticket system
Handling of ServiceNow incidents and change requests
Contribution to the further development of the ServiceNow platform
Communication to different stakeholders within the company

About You
You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

What we expect from you in terms of

Education

A university degree in IT or an equivalent qualification
Experience in the administration of ServiceNow systems
Knowledge of ITIL and JavaScript (related certifications are a plus)
Knowledge of infrastructure as code technologies and DevOps-Tools (Azure DevOps)

Languages

English – Proficient/Fluent
German or any other language is considered as asset

A few years of experience as ServiceNow System Engineer

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 65.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
