Senior Full-Stack Developer / IT Tech Lead (f/m/d)

Core Responsibilities:
Architect and engineer comprehensive full-stack solutions.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, primarily within Azure DevOps Server environments.
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot hybrid cloud solutions and microservices architectures.
Implement containerization strategies utilizing Kubernetes, Openshift, or VMware Tanzu.
Support the development lifecycle through robust full-stack skills in .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
Design and manage database solutions with SQL or NoSQL technologies (e.g., MongoDB).
Apply advanced networking knowledge to maintain secure and efficient systems.
Craft and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
Minimum of 5 years in full-stack development and architecture, with at least 2 years as a DevOps engineer.
Expertise in hybrid cloud environments, microservices, and containerization.
Proficient with CI/CD tools, with a strong understanding of Azure DevOps.
Proficient in .NET, C#, and familiarity with Java, JavaScript, Vue.js.
Profound knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and network infrastructure.
Understanding of EDI modeling principles.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a keen sense of responsibility.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; German language skills are advantageous.
