UX expert & website developer (f/m/x) who is excited about the power industry and its related matters.

Requirements

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you will

wireframe our website to create the most optimized user experience,
leverage analytics to determine which content/visuals/CTAs work and which don't for future improvements,
group clusters of interest based on what people look for,
design and implement buyers’ journey on a technical level so the right content and visuals can be created for strategic placement,
make the website navigation seamless (especially mobile),
monitor and optimize SEO performance,
nicely link a straightforward, intuitive user journey with the analytical aspects of GA, GSC & HubSpot stat,
design, develop, and implement a customer platform.
how you fit into the team

have at least three years of experience as a web developer, UX designer, and SharePoint designer/developer,
know how to build a website from scratch (for example, HTML and JavaScript),
are passionate about designing the best journeys for designated users,
value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
showcase a portfolio that reflects your expertise in creating well-functioning wireframes,
are fluently speaking English; German is a plus,
are interested in the power industry, power trading, and artificial intelligence,
have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality and,
are a curious person with a good sense of humor.
