Who we look for

become part of the agile scrum team to create a best-in-class, maintainable, scalable software solution.
Our current engineering team provides a state-of-the-art, tailor-made self-service platform to help our clients to accelerate their growth and to manage their relationships. In your new position, you will ship our software containerized to a k8s cluster on AWS. As a Fullstack System Architect, you are leading part of one of our two agile Teams and together with this team you will design and choose not only the best solution for your projects but also be able to estimate where technology will take us in the future.

Your mission

Technical and personnel management of a 4-6 person team
Coaching and mentoring of the team as well as further development of the entire software development process
Co-design of the software architecture for a new product
Interface between developers and customers
Technologies: python (Django, FastAPI), Docker, JS/TS, React, PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud
Tools such as Kubernetes, github and Keycloak, Airflow

Your profile

As a Fullstack System Architect leading our agile team, you are pivotal in maintaining our system's strategic direction and technical integrity. Your role involves guiding the team through complex technical decisions, prioritizing tasks effectively, and ensuring our solutions align with business objectives. The position still includes hands-on software development in most parts.

Completed IT education (HTL, Uni, FH)
Experience in developing RESTful web services and integrating them with external systems
Familiarity with service-oriented architectures, e.g. microservices
Experience in a lead position and the successful implementation of software development projects
Several years of experience in software development with python, JAVA, JS/TS
Communicative, empathic personality with leadership skills and strong quality awareness

As the company language is English, a perfect knowledge of German and English is required.

Minimum Salary:
According to actual experience and in compliance with the Austrian IT-Kollektivvertrag 2024 (e.g. minimum compensation for “Regelstufe ST2” of € 60.844,-).
Individual experience and knowledge will be clearly honored in the real compensation package.
Actual salary:
Between EUR 61.000 - 70.000 annual gross, depending on qualifications and experience.
