Intern UI/UX design

Key responsibilities during the internship

Collaborate with team to create highly intuitive, user-centric interactive experience
Understand business objectives and target user pain-points to create design solution
Assist in the design process from concept to completion
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Create and develop design system (design library and master components)
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback

Our expectations from the intern

Currently pursuing a degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Industrial design, HCI, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills and highlighting the ability to identify problems and explore effective solutions
Proficiency in design tools, e.g. Figma and Adobe Suite: AI, PS, AE
Understanding of responsive web design principles and iterative design process
Knowledge of front-end basics: html, Css and Javascript
Fluent English (oral and written)
An open-mindedness for agility, retrospectives, and critique feedbacks

Start of internship: July 2024 for a period of 6 months. For this position you can expect a monthly gross salary of at least EUR 1,842.23 (for a mandatory internship) based on the collective agreement of the chemical industry and based on 38 hours/week.
