V_labs is a venture builder with locations in Vienna, Munich, Dornbirn and Budapest. We build start-ups for renowned companies or ourselves, mostly with a digital focus. And we are growing. Your responsibilities

Guiding our entire UX process - from research, ideation, and concept phase to implementation and rollout.
Creating wireframes, flows, mockups, prototypes, and user-centered interaction concepts.
Implementing & maintaining design systems, documenting the design process until handover to the development team (mostly Flutter, React), ensuring quality assurance.
Bringing your UX concepts to life through low code - no code tools. These can be either website builds part of the marketing strategy for a new product/service - or low code software builds for market activation tests.
Engaging in design thinking with clients, testing flows, and close collaborating with the product team and developers.

Your JOb Profile

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the UX field with real projects, including experience in digital product development and designing applications or software.
Completed education in the design field (even career changers from other design disciplines are welcome!).
Creative and conceptual thinking with an excellent sense of audience, design, details, interaction, and layout.
Proficient in using design tools and methods: Figma, Adobe Suite, Material Design, Use of Semantic Tokens etc.
Experience with no-code,low-code tools like Webflow, Framer, Bubble, Flutterflow, etc.
Confidently presenting your concepts, approaches, and ideas.
Excellent German and English language skills.

Our minimum salary for this position is a monthly gross salary of EUR 3.200,00 (14x) based on full-time employment. Of course, there is a willingness to pay more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
