What to expect from this role:

Analyze calculation models and create and implement solutions within our Kotlin-based calculation framework.
Work together with cost engineers to get insights about manufacturing processes.
Work closely with senior engineers and learn from their expertise.
Work in cross-functional feature teams collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines (Product, Front-end development, QA, DevOps, Design).
Actively participate in internal knowledge exchanges with curiosity to positively impact the daily business.

What you should bring:

Professional experience in software development using Java and/or Kotlin in the backend.
Good grasp of software development practices.
Strong desire to expand your technical skills, take on new challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems.
Analytical mindset to solve complex problems using logical and mathematical skills.
Willingness to learn a lot about manufacturing technologies.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideally a degree (HTL/Uni/FH) in any of the following: software engineering, computer science, mathematics, mechanical engineering, or relevant work experience.
Business proficient level of English so you can clearly understand and communicate with other team members.
