Join their team in Innsbruck or 100% remote as a Data Engineer (m/f/d) to make unstructured data a thing of the past!

Aufgaben

As a Data Engineer, you can expect exciting and varied tasks:

You are responsible for optimizing the user interface of the self-developed human-in-the-loop machine learning system (for information extraction from free-text electronic health records).
You are the go-to-person for the extending and the improvement of the statistical analysis tool for medical data.
You manage interactions with REST-API machine-learning and data backends.
You support decision-making on future frontend technologies and technology switch.
You deploy to dedicated servers as well as Google cloud platform utilizing CI/CD.
You work close together with a multidisciplinary team of medical domain experts, developers and deep learning researchers.
Qualifikation

You are based in Germany or Austria or are planning to move there.
As a Data Engineer you have at least three years of experience and know your tasks.
You finished your Master’s degree in engineering, computational science or a related field.
You are proficient in Angular and React/Vue.js or similar frameworks and Python.
You have a solid experience in statistical data analysis.
Analyzing complex architectures and independent decision making is no problem for you.
You are an expert in modern software engineering practices (clean code, design patterns, refactoring, object-oriented programming, test-driven development).
You are no stranger to UI/UX-Design themes.
You are fluent in english – spoken and written – and have a good command of German
A good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, Docker and Gitlab CI/CD is a nice-to-have, but no must-have.
