You are a tech-savvy and data-driven person with a firm understanding of data tracking and analysis, and you possess the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You are a problem solver who enjoys diving into data, is excited about testing and learning from results, and has a passion for translating insights into high-growth strategies. You are comfortable working with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and VWO.

Requirements:

Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
Define and implement A/B tests to identify the most effective strategies and website elements that contribute to higher conversion rates.
Prepare and present detailed reports on conversion analysis, test results, and strategy recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Implement, manage, and maintain client- and server-side tracking tags and triggers using Google Tag Manager across multiple websites.
Manage and troubleshoot issues related to tag deployment and firing rules, including conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with the latest best practices.
Collaborate with web development and performance marketing teams to ensure that all necessary tracking codes are correctly implemented and functioning as expected.
Educate and train team members on best practices for tag management and data collection strategies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex data from various sources and present actionable insights.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, data layer design and management.
Good understanding of advertising platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent English language skills. German language skills are a plus.
