We are seeking a Software Architect with a robust background in software development to lead the architecture and implementation of our cloud-based solutions, while also supporting our desktop application initiatives. The successful candidate will be pivotal in guiding our software development from concept to production stages. This role involves making critical technology decisions, shaping scalable and reliable software architectures, and ensuring effective communication across development and management teams.

Our product is a data-driven platform designed to revolutionize the pharmacy industry by designing processes, analyzing risks, and optimizing these processes based on identified risks. This game-changing solution empowers organizations to enhance safety and efficiency, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management in process design. By integrating advanced analytics, our platform delivers critical insights that drive smarter, safer decision-making across the board.

Tasks

Oversee the architectural design and development of software for scalable, reliable, and distributed systems, including cloud-based and desktop applications
Respond promptly to business needs by integrating them into architectural designs and making timely adjustments
Provide expert guidance to development teams, assisting them in overcoming technical challenges and selecting the most effective tools and frameworks for both cloud and desktop environments
Spearhead the creation and maintenance of stable environments optimized for software performance and scalability, with a focus on both cloud and desktop platforms
Generate comprehensive documentation of all software architecture processes and decisions to ensure consistency and clarity across teams
Actively participate in the software development life cycle of products, enhancing architectural methodologies and practices across cloud and desktop platforms
Provide ongoing support to the architecture and development teams, offering insights and assistance with software-related issues and data analysis
Requirements

YOUR MUST HAVES

5+ years experience in the IT industry
Strong proficiency in .NET and C# programming
Good understanding of front-end JavaScript-based frameworks like React JS and Node JS
Experienced in designing and managing environments on cloud platforms such as AWS
Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and cloud infrastructure development at the enterprise level
Knowledge of virtualization technologies and hypervisors
Strong ability to model and document software using UML
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills
English language (B2+)
NICE TO HAVE

AWS certifications
Experience with container technologies like Docker / Kubernetes
Experience with architectural diagramming, particularly using the C4 model
Experience in developing and maintaining desktop applications is the big plus

A minimum gross salary of 70.000 € per year (for full-time, overpayment possible)
