Are you interested in the semiconductor industry and would like to learn more from our experienced IT team? At Infineon's Information Technology (IT) department, we drive digitalization: The IT team shapes the digital world by continuously working on innovative, business-oriented IT solutions. You are currently studying Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related subject? Do you bring MS Office skills as well as knowledge in SAP and Access Management? Then this is the perfect internship for you! Our team in Klagenfurt is looking forward to receiving your application!

During this internship you will support the IT roles and authorizations team with project and operations related activities. In your new role you will:

Conduct analysis and support in smaller activities from the internal team acting like substitute for team members in particular topics
Participate in regular team meetings
Understand the audit process and assist with internal/external audit-related activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Create workflows of process documentation
Create management summaries and presentations
Communicate with and coordinate service providers

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time or Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

Advanced MS Office Excel skills
Basic understanding of first experience of Identity and Access Management (e.g. UAM, TUA, SoD)
Basic understanding of first experience with SAP roles and authorizations (IT roles and authorizations, understanding business authorizations is an advantage)
Good understanding of processes and workflows
Understanding of the basic auditing principles
Experience with SAP GRC, SAP Fiori and SAP HANA is an advantage
Good learning skills and the ability to work proactively
Fluent English , German is an advantage

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf).
