Keep reading to find out more… Aufgaben:You will implement procedures and set quality standards to ensure our customers enjoy a smooth and consistent product experience. You will collaborate closely with the Agile team to define a robust testing strategy and guidelines, ensuring that these best practices are consistently followed during development. You will play a crucial role in guiding the Agile team throughout the testing and validation process for new features and changes. You will drive and promote a collective ownership of the Agile team in defining, implementing, improving, executing of test cases for all test levels, and ensure the creation of comprehensive testing protocols. Actively coordinating with the Agile team, you will work on identifying and addressing bugs promptly, and working together to efficiently resolve any issues. You will be a champion of quality, installing a quality management mindset across the entire organization, fostering a culture of proactive quality assurance and individual accountability. You will continuously monitor and evaluate the quality performance of the product, proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements to achieve higher quality standards. You will define, plan, and execute various test sets throughout the product lifecycle, including regression, functional, and integration testing. You will ensure a smooth release management process, identifying potential interference, such as ad campaigns, and effective communication with stakeholders. You will collaborate with the Agile team to define, implement, improve, and execute automated tests, enabling faster and more efficient testing. Possessing specialized knowledge in non-functional testing areas such as accessibility (a11y), performance, and GDPR compliance, you will work on sharing this expertise with the team. You will take the lead in reviewing and approving unit test assertions conducted by developers, ensuring robust and meaningful test coverage. You will serve as a mentor, providing guidance to junior QA team members on test strategy and fostering their professional development. Qualifikationen:A meaningful experience within the area of quality assurance, possessing an in-depth product knowledge, as well as expertise in the testing domain, and a great understanding of the user perspective. Basic coding skills and knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript. Possess well-developed self-organisation skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency and resilience. Being an effective communicator, you present experience in effectively working with a range of stakeholders. A high level of English. Experience in working with online stores and the e-commerce sector. Experience with Cypress. A good level of German skills would be a plus. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 33.488,00 gross per annum (full-time) at the start of the career, depending on qualifications/training - further overpayment is of course possible depending on professional experience and alignment with the market.
