Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, tracking and analytics, content marketing & SEO, and website management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work cross-functionally with other departments and manage projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

Understand our product portfolio and market landscape.
Identify target audiences (technical and business and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate).
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and trends.
Develop and manage PPC campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn.
Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic.

Tracking and Analytics

Utilize tools like Matomo, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Salesforce for tracking and analytics.
Implement and manage cookie management solutions.
Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategies and improve outcomes.
Create and present reports to management.

Content, SEO and Website Management

Create landing pages and content pieces to support performance marketing efforts.
Work with agency to implement and manage tracking on the website.
Collaborate with the team to improve overall user experience on the website.
Proactively approach SEO and content marketing to improve visibility and rankings.

Collaboration & Project Management

Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a B2B (SME) environment.
Expertise in performance marketing, specifically with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn.
Strong knowledge of tracking and analytics tools such as Matomo, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Salesforce.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply user metrics, reports, and trends
Experience in content marketing and SEO, with the ability to conduct keyword research and work with agencies.
Proficient in website management and optimization.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
German and English written and spoken

Our performance-based-salary models reward extraordinary commitment and success. The minimum annual gross salary according to the collective agreement of Telekom Austria AG is EUR 47.709,90 The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
