With this role, you will be part of a highly motivated team of experts developing the internal applications for all our branch-users and for back office units. We are developing new functionalities and are replacing older legacy systems in our responsibility.

What to do:

As part of a highly motivated team, you will be developing state-of-the-art software
Co-responsibility for defining the software architecture and development processes for our application BON.
Ensure that digital applications of Erste Bank and Savings Banks are continuously developed and maintained at the highest quality level
Close cooperation to our business partners for business processes/requirements analysis and Business Architecture definition

You check these boxes:

Experienced in web development using .NET and understanding the way .NET applications are written and you are familiar with the challenges that microservices bring
Know and care about engineering practices like code reviews, continuous delivery, defensive programming and automated testing
Comfortable writing high quality and easily maintainable code in a variety of styles (i.e. OO, FP)
Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn new technologies/programming languages
Ability for effective teamwork and self-motivation
Excellent knowledge of German and English
