The Digital Web Services (DWS) team is the department within Erste Digital responsible for all operational tasks related to Prime Applications for Digital Banking with a focus on George AT.

What to do:
As an Application Manager you will be responsible for the stable operation of the supported services in the Digital Banking and Payments environment as part of 2nd level support. Various monitoring tools are available for you to monitor the different applications, which helps you to determine the sources of errors and performance issues. You will:

ensure that changes are incorporated into regular operations
document these adaptions in various documentation tools
interpret program code in order to involve colleagues from Software Engineering (3rd level support) in the resolution process as part of the DevOps approach
work on the further development and optimization of operational and business processes

You check these boxes:

Familiarity with the operation of applications and architecture
Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Know How of scripting and programming languages, especially for web applications with Java, JavaScriptand HTML
Experience with application monitoring is a benefit
Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent English skills and at least basic knowledge of German language
