About The Role
As a Linux Automation Engineer, you will will join one of our Engineering Teams responsible for high performance and high available IT Environment
Reporting to the LeanOps Team Lead, you will be part of the Linux LeanOps Team who are responsible for driving automation solutions and streamlining our operations. You will be leading analysis and resolving system issues, automating manual tasks, while operating effectively in complex, highly secure, and highly available environments, collaborating with technology experts.

What you will do

Drive infrastructure as code initiatives to reduce technical debt
Collaborate closely with IT operations and internal teams to understand requirements and drive improvements.
Manage middleware and clustering technologies, optimizing performance and troubleshooting.
Focus on documentation, service improvement, and delivery excellence
Refine server deployments and provisioning processes through automation.
Implement and manage system monitoring techniques and tools.
Provide Linux system administration support, resolving issues and improving services.

Who you are

Proficiency in Bash, JavaScript (Node.js), PowerShell, Python.
Proficiency in Automation Tools like Ansible and RunDeck.
Familiar with Linux Operating Systems, particularly RedHat/CentOS/Oracle Linux distributions.
Familiar with Virtualization/Container technologies such as VMware/Hyper-V, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience managing and deploying Linux based applications.
Hands on experience NoSQL DBs: Cassandra, Redis, Neo4J, SOLR, MongoDB.
Enterprise Messaging & Supporting Software: Apache Kafka, Confluent Kafka, TIBCO EMS, ZooKeeper.
Monitoring & Alerting Tools: AppDynamics, ELK Stack + Beats, Prometheus & Grafana, SCOM.
CDN / Load Balancing / DNS Solutions: Cloudflare, AD DNS, F5 BigIP LTM & GTM.
Ability to write technical documentation for infrastructure.
