Team Leader Platform Compliancewith relevant work experience Vollzeit | Dienstort: WienThis position is a key role in linking together the Legal, Regulatory, IT and Games Compliance Teams and to make sure the platforms, products and services meet the mandatory compliance requirements. Responsible for providing technical solutions to meet compliance requirements and ensuring the correct implementation of those approved and signed-off solutions. This role is critical for overseeing compliance operations, providing guidance and support the team members, and ensuring timely identification and mitigation of compliance risks. By having a dedicated leader, we can enhance the effectiveness of our compliance program, maintain high standards of integrity and avoid costly legal and regulatory penalties. YOUR TASKSLead the technical implementation of approved solutions Lead compliance Investigations from a technical perspective and provide a non-technical explanation of the cause of the issue Ensure the regulatory reporting and provide all necessary monthly & quarterly change reports Monitor operational alerts on a daily basis and react immediately on detected "failures". Technical interpretation and explanation of regulatory requirements & changes (making it understandable for the development teams) Clarification of open questions regarding the interpretation with legal/compliance teams & entities Provide technical documentations and descriptions (required e.g. for audits, license applications) Manage platform audits & inspections, security audits and ad-hoc certification requests Responsible for the safe server implementations for all markets with a vault set-up YOUR PROFILECapable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writing Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and standards for the platform Provide guidance and support to teams on compliance-related matters Monitor the platform's compliance with internal policies and external regulations Establish and maintain compliance monitoring systems and tools Prepare and present regular compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities Well organized and accurate Trustworthy team player Driven to take initiative Fluent English HOW TO APPLYWe are proud to offer a competitive base salary range of 60.000-75.000 gross/year, thoughtfully designed to align with industry standards, taking into consideration the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
