This is you:Experience with SQL (mySQL / mariaDB) Basic knowledge of PHP and experience in IT support/helpdesk are helpful but not mandatory. Analytical thinker with a reliable work ethic, seeing challenges as opportunities for solutions Enjoyment in facing challenges and finding solutions, with a sense of humor even in stressful situations Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team to drive project progress Good command of English You have an EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Austria Your key responsibilites:Write queries to retrieve / modify database entries in our existing system (MariaDB) Document new and adapt existing configuration processes Solve challenging tasks in close cooperation with our support and development teams The annual gross salary for this position is at least EUR 35.000,00 on a full-time basis.
