As part of the Purchasing and Category Management product family, we deal with the entire flow/route of our goods. Starting with the definition of product ranges, the overview of the procurement channels from the supplier to the store and the placement of the items on the shelf.

Development, maintenance and operation of applications for the provision of data on suppliers, purchase prices, stores and product ranges for both the business and other IT products in a standardized and uniform form
Providing targeted support and advice to our stakeholders on the integration and use of external systems
Development of reports as a basis for data-driven decisions
Conception, design, documentation and implementation in an agile, cross-functional product team
Development of maintainable, expandable and scalable products in an international group
Implementation of quality assurance measures as well as analysis and correction of software errors
Advice on feasibility and development of creative technical solutions
Collaboration on architectural decisions

Qualifications

Completed technical training with a focus on IT (HTL, FH, TU) or comparable qualification
Professional experience in software development
Experience with SQL in relational databases
Experience with Clean Code Developer principles
Experience with Java
Experience with Kafka
Experience with agile development methods (Kanban or Scrum)
Initiative and high motivation to learn new things and develop further
Structured way of working and enjoy finding solutions in an agile development team
Good written and spoken German and/or English skills
