Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and develop interactive, engaging, and user-friendly e-learning solutions. Each day, you will ensure that completed projects, courseware, and training offer are effective and meet users' expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by working with team members to define processes, workflows for effective content production, and implementation and keeping them updated.
The work model for the role is: #onsite
In this role, you will contribute to the Power Protection product group in the Electrification Smart Power division and be based in Quartino, Switzerland. The main stakeholders that support the e-learning content are product and technical trainers and subject matter experts in other teams.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Design, develop and maintain high-quality e-learning content (including image, video, audio and animations) and modules using the best state-of-the-art UX and UI design methods.
Producing storyboards, scripts, and project timelines for digital assets.
Assisting other training team members in creating course material, including instructional design documents, course outlines, course descriptions, PowerPoint slides, learning guides, and interactive exercises.
Managing administrative capabilities in the Learning Management System and assisting other training team members in designing and developing learning measurement instruments and creating advanced learning activities and questions for participants' evaluation and certification.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning Design, Interaction Design, and/or Visual Communication or equivalent.
Highly adept in Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate, and Learning Management Systems.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Ability to demonstrate your experience in performance-based and simulation-based learning.
You are innovative around UX and UI design.
Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5 is an advantage
You are at ease communicating in English.
