As Tech Lead (f/m/x) at SQUER it’s your job to lead the software development teams at our client projects and, by doing so, ensure project success. In the process you will have the opportunity to independently design architectures as well as develop state of the art software systems.

Your Tasks

Being part of SQUER means being a Team Leader, acting as a role model as well as being someone that is actively shaping SQUER.
You are a strong communicator, ensuring effective collaboration in cross-functional teams, between stakeholders, and with our customers.
You actively participate in the entire development process and are significantly involved in technology decisions together with and for our clients.
You drive customer transformation initiatives with your impactful leadership, delivering results that ensure customer satisfaction.
You are happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues as a sparring partner and coach to ensure the optimal development of your team members.

Your Qualifications

You have experience in Team Leadership in an agile setup and feel passionate and motivated about leading software teams in all their disciplines.
You have several years of experience within software architecture, fullstack development and cloud-native development. You would like to deepen your knowledge in this field.
Experience with established frontend (Angular, React, Vue.js) as well as backend frameworks(Spring Boot, Express).
You have experience working in consultancy and have already been responsible for stakeholder communication in an enterprise context and for project success.
Trainings and further development of your skills are highly important to you. Moreover, you enjoy passing on acquired knowledge.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate in the best way possible with colleagues and partners.
