Generate product datasheets Serve as the main technical interface to the development teams and go-to-market teams during the product development and post product launch stages respectively Develop solid state circuit breaker and relay application platforms for product validations and customer promotion Perform measurements based on fit for use plan to validate the suitability of Si & SiC solutions for solid-state applications Run performance benchmarking tests of internal and external products. Provide third level global product support for the customer design-in projects Run simulations to replicate real application use scenarios and derive analyses Contribute to application literature such as application notes, technical articles, and promotion material Prepare training material, webinars for global technical and sales teams ProfileYou drive your tasks with engagement, passion and pro-activeness. You are personally committed to the customer's concerns, awarding them a high priority and are capable to resolve technical issues until completion. Your strong communication skills and team player mindset support you in your work within interdisciplinary and multicultural teams. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, an advanced degree is preferred and can be substituted for lack of industry experience Solid understanding of MOSFET operation in power electronic applications Prior experience with Wide Band Gap devices is preferred Knowledge of interpreting MOSFET product datasheet parameters. Datasheet creation background is a plus Experience with simulation (Simetrix, Simplis, Spice) and layout (Altium, Eagle) software 3+ years of experience in the design, development and/or test of solid-state relay and circuit breaker application hardware, is desired Experience with technical customer support and intercultural communication Excellent English skills with German skills as a plus Willingness to travel We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
