Are you a talented Genesys Engineer with a strong technical acumen and a broad understanding of Genesys solutions? Are you experienced in integrating Genesys into large-scale, global enterprise environments, including telephony system replacement projects? WHAT YOU WILL DO

Configure and integrate the Genesys voice platform to meet client requirements
Create technical specification documents and develop source code to deliver customized solutions
Prepare unit tests, integration test plans, and manage releases
Take ownership of system integrations, as well as the maintenance and support of contact center components
Utilize your expertise in historical and real-time reporting to provide valuable insights

REQUIREMENTS

As a subject matter expert, possess at least 3-5 years of experience with Genesys Engage on-prem
Have a solid understanding of Genesys version 8.x, Genesys SIP Server, and GVP. Integration experience with Cisco TServer is a plus. Familiarity with IRD Routing Strategy development for voice and async channels such as email
Possess knowledge of UNIX/Linux system administration
Familiarity with eServices and/or iWD is highly desired
Have experience with Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, Workspace Desktop Edition, and Workforce Optimization
Demonstrate a strong understanding of architecture, design solutions, security principles, and network/communications platforms
Proficiency in Java and J2EE programming is a plus
German language skills are a significant advantage
